Multi-User: Overview of Multi-User
Multi-User allows users to view device information registered under different accounts.
Shared device information can be viewed in Business Dashboard for Subscription plan, which lists device information of different accounts.
Shared device information will be added to the device list and information such as operation status, ink usage, current ink level, and health check (device maintenance status) will be available for viewing.
How to set up
1. Open the multi-user menu and click “Add User
2. Enter the account ID (email address) you wish to share and click “Send Invitation”.
3. You( multi-user acount )will be able to view the different user's devices in your Connect display by different user clicked the “accept” on the email.
