Multi-User: Overview of Multi-User

Multi-User allows users with the accounts subscribed for Professional or Premium plan to view device information registered under different user accounts.

• Professional Plan accounts: Up to 3 accounts can be shared
• Premium plan accounts: Up to 10 accounts can be shared

Shared device information will be added to the device list and information such as operation status, ink usage, current ink level, and health check (device maintenance status) will be available for viewing.

Shared device information can be viewed in Business Dashboard for Subscription plan, which lists device information of different accounts.
