Business Settings 

1. From Business Settings page on Business Dashboard, register the following information.

2. Register your daily business hours.
    Set the expected operation rate for your business hours.
3. Select a week and set holidays.
    Set special holidays by clicking the day on the calendar.

4. Click Save.

 

Select the device and month to be displayed.

 

  • Calendar Page

- Displays the device operation rate against business hours for each day.
- Displays the number of prints per day.
- Displays the amount of ink used each day.
- Displays the total operation rate, number of prints, and ink usage for the month.

 

The color of the operation rate shown in the calendar reflects the information for each device. Therefore, when multiple devices are selected, the colors are displayed that reflect the color information in each device.

  • Summary Page

Displays the operation hours for the selected month, the operation rate for business hours, and the percentage of errors.

 

There are two types of printing time calculation methods.

  1. The Job Printing time shown in the Monthly Chart, Yearly Print Recode include the time for any pauses or maintenance actions performed during printing.
  2. The Printing times shown in the Monthly Summary and Daily Reports print time was actually running for printing.

 

  • Chart page

You can check the print data size, number of prints, print time, etc. on a daily basis.

Results of selected items are displayed. (Print area, Print length, Print time, Print count)
