How to update credit card information

You can change your credit card for payment by the procedure below.

1. Open "Manage Subscription" on "Subscription" page.

2. Click "Proceed". An external billing site (FastSpring) that has a contract with Roland DG Connect will open.

3.  Change the language to be displayed.

4. Click "Manage" on "Subscriptions" tab and select "Update payment method".

5. Click "Add Payement Method" and select "Credit/Debit Card". 

6.  Enter your new credit card information and click "Save Payment Details".

7. Open "Account Details and Payment Methods" tab, and select "Manage" on the field of the credit card you will be using and select "Make Default".
