How to change your subscription plan 

Summary of plan change

１．Subscribe to a new plan that you wish to change to.

２．Cancel the currently subscribed plan.

Procedure

1. Select the plan you wish to subscribe to.

2. Click "Proceed". An external billing site (FastSpring) that has a contract with Roland DG Connect will open. 

3. Click "Generate a Quote".

4. Enter your company name, company address and other information necessary. The information entered here will appear on your invoice.

5. Review the quote, and if the information is correct, click "Accept & Continue".

6. Enter your credit card information, and Click "Pay" or "Start Free Trial".

7. Click "Continue".

8. Cancel the plan you subscribed before making changes. Open "Manage Subscription" on "Subscription" page.

9. Click "Proceed". 

10. Select "Subscriptions" tab and click "Manage". You can cancel your subscription plan by selecting "Cancel Subscription". Cancellation will actually take place at the end of the contract period.

Or Select "Trials" tab and click "Manage". You can cancel your subscription plan by selecting "Cancel Subscription". Cancellation will actually take place at the end of the contract period.

11. Click "Yes".
