How to purchase a subscription plan

1. Select "Get Add-ons" from the main menu. And select the Subscription functions.

2. Select the plan you wish to purchase.

By changing the currency, the approximate amount in the selected currency will be displayed. However, the actual amount you will be charged differ due to exchange rates of the day of the purchase.

3. Click "Proceed". An external billing site (FastSpring) that has a contract with Roland DG Connect will open.

4.  Change the currency and language to display, and check if the plan you have selected is correctly shown. Confirm the price and taxes.

5. Click "Generate a Quote".

6. Enter your company name, company address and other information necessary. The information entered here will appear on your invoice.

7. Review the quote, and if the information is correct, click "Accept & Continue". In addition, if an estimate is shown in a currency other than the U.S. dollar currency, the billing amount will fluctuate depending on the following month's exchange rate.

8.  Enter your credit card information, confirm the "Terms of Use" and "Privacy Policy". Click "Pay".

How to change the company name and address on the invoice

1.  Open "Manage Subscrbed Add-ons" on "Setting" page.

2. Select "Account Details and Payment Methods" and click "Edit". 

Change the information in "Edit Recipient". Information in the invoice will be changed starting with the next month's billing.
