Media Rises During Cutting

Symptom
​Material rises up during cutting, causing the blade to scratch the material.

Cause
​Material is 30 inches or wider and a middle pinch roller is not being used

Solution
​When cutting materials over 30 inches in width, make sure to lower a pinch roller over the middle grit roller.
