Media Shifting When Cutting

Symptom
Media is shifting to one side causing inaccurate cut lines.

Cause
Pinch Roller may be dirty or worn out.  Grit roller may also have dust build-up.

Solution
Try to clean the pinch roller by wiping away any dirt or grime. If the pinch roller is worn out (approximately 24 months) it may need to be replaced. Cleaning the grit roller periodically with a brush can also help with media tracking.
