How to exclude the Roland DG Connect Hub from virus search

Anti-virus software and and Microsoft Firewall setting may restrict the operation of the Roland DG Connect Hub.

Please refer to the manual of your anti-virus software for the exclusion procedure, as the setting method varies depending on the anti-virus software.

To exclude Roland DG Connect Hub communication ports from the search

1. Select "Exclude" from the Security Settings.
2. Select "Direction" from the Network Communication Settings and check both Inbound and Outbound.
3. Select "TCP/UDP" as the protocol type.
4. Select the specified following ports and enter as used by the Roland DG Connect Hub.
   Inbound Ports : 161, 443, 5353, 5671, 8883, 60501, 58291, 58318
   Outbound Ports :  80, 161, 443, 5353, 5671, 8883, 9100, 9500, 57602, 58291, 58318
5. Select Save to save the exclusion settings.

How to exclude Roland DG Connect Hub applications from virus blocking

1. Select Exclusions from Security Settings.
2. Set up the excluded applications. Select the "Roland DG Connect Hub" option.
3. From Edit, add Roland DG Connect Hub to the excluded applications.
4. Select Save to save the exclusion settings.
