Solution
Roland DG Connect PrintAutoMate is a service / application running on a local computer which is the central computer were jobs will be stored or from were jobs can be processed towards Roland DG Connect PrintAutoMate cloud.
There should only be one instance running of Roland DG Connect PrintAutoMate
- Double click the desktop icon of the Roland DG Connect PrintAutoMate InputManager
- Access you Roland DG Connect PrintAutoMate environment
- Server address = https://pa.rolanddg.com/your_Environment_Name
- Username = User an account created in your PrintAutoMate Environment. This can be an Admin users, Power user or and Operator.
- Password = Use the assigned password for the above chosen account name
- Start the service by pushing the Start button. During the operation of the software, it could be necessary to reboot the service. If the service has been started just minimise the window.
- Define the hot folders locations on your local computer system in which jobs, orders will be saved and which will be parsed toward PrintAutoMate. The hot folders can be located on your local hard driver - network share - one drive share - ... .
- You can also define the PersBiz Hot Folder if you would have a PersBiz eCommerce environment.
