Dashboard (Device menu)
In the Dashboard, you can check the operating status of each device, such as ink consumption and print area.
However, please note that if you have just connected the Roland DG Connect Hub to the device for the first time, the graph display will show "No data available" as the operating data of the device has not been uploaded yet. Please check again the day after the data upload has started.
Certain functions may not be displayed for some devices. Please check the following link for the corresponding status.

1.Display period
You can set the display period. There are several options for the display period, as shown in the figure below.
When selecting "Custom," you can freely choose the display period from the calendar.
Please note that the maximum number of days that can be displayed at once is 31 days.
2.Machine Operation
The operating status for the specified period is displayed in a pie chart.
- Printing: The amount of time the device was engaged in printing operations.
- Cutting: The amount of time the device was engaged in cutting operations.
- Maintenance: The amount of time the maintenance-related messages are displayed on the panel of the device
- Error: The amount of time the error messages are displayed on the panel of the device
- Standby: The amount of time while the sub-power is ON and the device is not engaged in printing or cutting operations, and there are no maintenance or error messages displayed on the panel of the device
Sub Power Off: The amount of time when the sub-power is OFF
3.Total Consumption
The total amount of ink used during the specified period are displayed in a bar graph.
This allows you to see the monthly ink usage for each color and serve as an indicator of the ink stock level.
4.Print Results
The number of Job Print Count (job prints), Job Print Area, or Job Print Time is displayed.
This allows you to track the monthly operating status and estimate the total media consumption from the "Job Print Area," serving as an indicator for media inventory management.
5.Status History
The operating status of the device is displayed in a Gantt chart.
This allows you to identify the time periods when printing is taking place, providing insights for optimizing work efficiency, such as consolidating printing tasks during nighttime.
