Roland DG Connect Hub
Roland DG Connect Hub is software that uploads the operational status of the printer and other information to the cloud environment. If Roland DG Connect Hub is not running or if you are not signed in, you will not be able to view the device status from Roland DG Connect.
Before starting your daily work, please make sure that Roland DG Connect Hub is running.
The Roland DG Connect Hub must be re-signed in and activated every 3 months.

If printer data cannot be uploaded to the Roland DG cloud server, please check following contents.
1. Microsoft Defender Firewall setting.

3. Printer and PC (RDG Hub) are in different network environments. Please check subnets mask of printer and Connect Hub installed PC.
4. Communication may be blocked in the network environment. Please check with your network administrator to see if your router or other devices are blocking the communication.
