Roland DG Connect Hub remains frozen on the "Starting Connect Hub..." screen
If the Roland DG Connect Hub does not start and fronzen on the startup screen, please follow the steps below.
1. Close the Roland DG Connect Hub. And then Open "C:\Users\(user name)\AppData\Local\Roland DG Connect." *(user name) is your PC user name.
2. Delete the following ".msalcache.bin" file.
3. Restart the Roland DG Connect Hub.
If the Roland DG Connect Hub still fails to start, download and reinstall the latest Roland DG Connect Hub from the URL below.
