VersaWorks Job Setting Backup: How to use VersaWorks Job Setting BackUp Feature
Print settings information for jobs output from VersaWorks to a printer is automatically saved to the Roland DG Connect server.
By using the print settings backup feature of a VersaWorks job, it is possible to use the same settings when printing again in the event of a problem.
Requirements when backing up job settings

Roland DG Connect Hub version 2.5.1.0 or later

VersaWorks version 6.16.01 or later

Roland DG Connect Hub 2.5.1.0 or later must be installed on the PC on which VersaWorks is installed.

Roland DG Connect Hub must be running when printing from VersaWorks.

Must be signed in to Roland DG Connect Hub.

Must subscribe to a Professional or Premium plan of Roland DG Connect.

You have not reached your VersaWorks job backup storage limit.
(Professional plan allows you to backup up to 200 jobs of VersaWorks setting files. Premium Plan allows up to 3000 jobs to be backed up in VersaWorks setting files)

- When printing is started from VersaWorks
How to restore
- Select and download the backup file from the Job Settings menu in Rolnad DG Connect web.
- Drag and drop the downloaded backup file into the VersaWorks print queue list.
- If the location of the print data in the Job Settings has not been changed, the print data will be automatically loaded and output. If the print data location has been changed, follow the pop-up instructions to specify the print data location.
(Print settings cannot be transferred to a printer different from the printer used when the job print settings were backed up.)

About VersaWorks Job Backup Screen
- Name of the job whose print settings were backed up
- Latest print date of print job
- Nickname of the printer (if no nickname is specified, the model and serial number will be displayed)
- Download icon when downloading job print settings data
- Gauge for the maximum number of jobs that can be stored in the cloud
- Check box to select when deleting job print settings
- Button to delete the checked backup data
* It is possible to disable only the job backup feature by unchecking the “I store job backup at the time of VersaWorks start to print” checkbox below.
