What are the correct way's to enter my PAM environment

Pre-Request

  1. Having an active Roland DG Connect PrintAutoMate environment
  2. Having an active Roland DG Connect PrintAutoMate account

Solution

We have two possible way's to access your PAM environment.

  1. Roland DG Connect 
    1. Go to your Roland DG Connect
    2. Click the PrintAutoMate link
    3. You will be redirected to your PAM environment
  2. Roland DG Connect PrintAutoMate website
    1. Go to https://pa.rolanddg.com
    2. Enter your environment name in the define field
    3. Enter the username from an account created in PrintAutoMate
    4. Enter the assigned password of the user created in PrintAutoMate

==> Please note : With your Roland DG Connect account you can create users and flow, but you can't use the Roland DG Connect account for the input manager and output manager.
