CAUSE:

The wiper system is not able to move correctly.

SOLUTION:

• Replace the wiper system consumables.
• Clean the wiper system.
• Check movement is correct, on systems that rotate ensure that the lower parts move freely.
• On systems with a tray of cleaning solution, ensure that there is nothing else in the tray.
