Printer utilization data obtained by Roland DG Connect Hub is graphed and emailed to users as Weekly Report.
If the graph shows “No Data”, check the connection between Roland DG Connect Hub and the printer. Roland DG Connect Hub setting

You can also track ink usage and media usage on a monthly basis from the Business Dashboard. For details on the Business Dashboard, please refer to the following contents.

1. Weekly report data appregation period is shown.
2. Comments are based on maintenance and printer conditions during the data aggregation period.
Comments on maintenance implementation and liquid waste disposal requests, etc.
3. This graph shows the daily printed area (m2) and the total printed area (m2) for the data aggregation period.
By clicking on the “Details” button, subscription plan users can view the monthly summary page of the Business Dashboard, which provides more detailed information on a per-printer basis or the like.
The aggregate results can also be exported to a CVS file for easier analysis.
