  • Media Inventory Management

With "Media Inventory Management" feature, simply setting up the media allows the printer to automatically determine and set up media preset settings and remaining media length.

  • Multi-User

With the "Multi-User" feature, you can share device information registered under different accounts. This enables you to view device information from different accounts and aggrigate data on the Business Dashboard. With the Premium plan, up to 10 accounts can be shared.

  • Weekly Report

Weekly reports containing comments on maintenance status and ink levels based on the printer's condition, as well as graphs showing printer operation history, will be sent to the registered email address on a weekly basis.

In addition to the Business Dashboard feature available in the Free plan, you can visualize the operational status of all your devices, as well as media and ink usage, on a daily, monthly, or yearly basis.  >By using the VersaWorks Job Print setting Backup feature, you can easily reprint with the same settings in case of any issues or troubles during installation.
