[Premium feature 90 days free Trial] How to delete the data and settings
The following is the guide for those who would like to delete data and settings during the trial period of the premium features.
If you have made settings for functions other than VersaWorks job setting backup and would like to delete data or settings, please follow the steps from "2. Media Remaining Management" onwards to complete the deletion process.
1. VersaWorks Settings Backup/Job Settings Backup
You can delete the data or disable the automatic upload feature using the following steps.
① Disabling the automatic upload function and deleting VersaWorks settings
1. Launch Roland DG Connect Hub.
2. Select the product and click on 'Backup' under VersaWorks that appears on the right side window.
3. Uncheck the two checkboxes at the top left of the VersaWorksBackupWindow.
4. To delete VersaWorks Settings backup data, select the file by clicking the "Load Backup" button, and delete it.
②Deleting backup data of VersaWorks Job Settings
1. Open VersaWorks Job Settings backup page in Roland DG Connect.
2. After clicking on the checkbox at the top left to select all items, click on the "Delete" button at the top right.
2. Media Inventory Management
If you have enabled it once, you can delete the data and disable the settings using the following steps.
① Disabling the function
From the printer panel, tap on the three-line icon (hamburger icon), then open the 'Settings' menu and navigate to 'Remaining Media Management.' Disable 'Media Inventory Management' function from there.
② Deleting data
Open Media Inventory Management page in Roland DG Connect.
Check the checkbox at the top left to select all jobs. Then, click on the trash can icon at the top right to delete the data.
