How to create a PrintLayout from a Jig - setup -- Easy Start

Question

How can I easily create a PrintLayout from a Jig.

Pre-Request

  1. Is there a way in easy creating a PrintLayout, instead of going to the PrintLayout window ?

Solution

With PrintAutoMate, you can create a jig and from this jig you can create a PrintLayout

Bellow a step by step explanation

  1. Go to "Settings"
  2. Click "Jig icon"
  3. Click "New Jig" button
  4. Create a Jig

  5. Click "Save" Button
  6. Click "Create Print Layout" Button

  7. In the popup window
    1. give a name for the PrintLayout
    2. select the jig to be used
    3. give the physical size of your printing table
    4. give the printable area of your printing table
    5. Click "Create PrintLayout" button

Your PrintLayout has been created.

Next step would be Automation icon.
