How to apply a color to a shape

How can I apply a spot color to shape, what is the usage of Roland System Color Library

Pre-Request

  1. Having a design with Shapes

Solution

  1. You can fill a shape or asset with mainly two different filling options.
    1. Fill with color
    2. Fill with a pattern and assign a color to the pattern
  2. Select the shape
    1. Click Fill Color or Stroke Color
  3. A list of available Spot Colors is being showed or you could click the Pattern tab and a list of available patterns is shown, which can be coloured as wel.

  4. Using a color from the Roland Color System Library in combination with VersaWorks will help to get the expected color.  VersaWorks knows how to interpret the selected color and how to reproduce this color as good as possible on your printing device.
  5. Please note, the orange - green - red color system library's are only applicable if you have a device that is supported one or all of the special inks.
