Question

I've filled the correct web address for the Roland DG Connect Designer but somehow I'm not able to enter the Designer webpage.

 

Pre-Request

A valid and active Roland DG Connect ID, if not please create one.

 

Answer

Using the designer, means when trying to connect with designer, designer will check if a valid Roland DG Connect account is in place.  

For this a pop window needs to open.

Therefor it's key to allow for https://designer.rolanddg.com in your Browser "Pop-Up" windows.

Most often you'll see an icon in the browser field indicating PopUp menu, when you click this icon you will be able to click "Allow for this website" PopUp windows.

 

For Safari

  1. Open Safari.
  2. From the menu bar, select “Safari” > “Settings” (or “Preferences”).
  3. From the “Web Sites” tab, add “https://designer.rolanddg.com” to the sites you want to allow.
