Even after replacing consumable parts, the health check does not reflect the updates the next day.
If you are using a provider service that supports both IPv4 and IPv6 communication in your contracted network environment, there is a possibility that Roland DG Connect Hub may not be able to upload printer data correctly if it uses the IPv6 communication method. If the following symptoms occur, please uncheck the IPv6 settings and restart your computer (Roland DG Connect Hub).
If you are using devices and web services that only support IPv6 communication, please check your services before proceeding.
Common Symptoms:
- Failing to sign in from the Roland DG Connect Hub.
- Even after replacing consumable parts, the health check does not reflect the updates the next day.
- Data updates on the health check page are performed with old dates and times.
Configuration Steps:
- Click on [Control Panel] – [Network and Sharing Center] or [Network and Internet].
- From the menu, click on "Change adapter settings" or [Change adapter options].
- Double-click on the adapter you are using for the internet connection. Typically, "Wi-Fi" for wireless LAN or "Ethernet" for wired LAN.

- Restart your computer (Roland DG Connect Hub).
