15-day free unlimited use of Roland DG Connect add-ons and the billing timing for subscribed add-ons

Please read the following regarding the 15-day free unlimited use of Roland DG Connect add-ons and the billing timing for subscribed add-ons.

15-day free unlimited use of Roland DG Connect add-ons

• The 15-day free unlimited use period for Roland DG Connect add-ons starts from the subscription start date of the first paid add-on.
• Add-ons eligible for the 15-day free unlimited use will display the note “First 15 days FREE.” Only add-ons with this note are eligible.
• If you subscribe to multiple add-ons, the 15-day free unlimited use period starts from the subscription date of the first add-on. All other add-ons subscribed to during this period can be used for free until the end of the same 15-day period
• Any add-ons subscribed to after the 15-day free unlimited use period from the initial add-on subscription will not be eligible for the free trial.

Example

Regarding the billing timing for subscribed add-ons:

• Billing for the initial add-on subscribed will start on a monthly basis from the end date of the 15-day free unlimited use period, and the subscription contract period will be on a monthly basis.
• If multiple add-ons are subscribed to, billing for add-ons will start from the end date of the 15-day free unlimited use period of the initially subscribed add-on.
• Any additional add-ons subscribed to after the end of the 15-day free unlimited use period will be prorated until the start date of the contract, which is based on the end date of the 15-day free unlimited use period of the initial subscription.

Regarding Subscriptions Eligible for a 15-Day Free unlimited use:

• ubscriptions eligible for a 15-day free unlimited use will display the following note, in red: “First 15 Days FREE.”
