Roland DG Connect Hub displays “Document Folder Access Error” when using a Mac OS computer
The Roland DG Connect Hub requires document folder access rights in order to store printer operating logs.
If you receive a document folder access error and cannot view printer information on the Roland DG Connect site, please follow the instructions below to set up access rights to the folders in the Roland DG Connect Hub.

Procedure for solving the issue
- Open “System Settings” on your Mac.
- Open “Privacy and Security”.
- Under “Files and Folders”, change the “Roland DG Connect Hub” document folder setting to Enabled.
- Restart the Roland DG Connect Hub.
