Unable to communicate with printer and Roland DG Connect Hub using a Mac OS computer

When using Mac OS computer, the Roland DG Connect Hub may not be able to communicate with the printer.

 

If the printer's IP address is set to auto acquisition and the Mac OS computer is connected directly to the printer with a network cable, the Roland DG Connect Hub may not be able to establish communication between the printer and the Roland DG Connect Hub.

If the Roland DG Connect Hub cannot see your printer, please log out of your Mac OS computer and log in again.

 

How to check the settings for automatic IP address acquisition for Mac

The Apple mark > “System Settings” > “Network” > “USB 10/100/1000 LAN” > “Details” > “TCP/IP” >   “Configuration IPv4 ”.
