Maintenance plan using the Health Check function

To ensure stable performance of your device, regular maintenance is necessary.

However, when a maintenance alert occurs on a printer, it is often the case that maintenance parts and cleaning supplies are not ready at the time of the alert.

The Health Check function displays the condition of listed items and the overall result of the device's condition, calculated from these items based on the maintenance history up to the previous day.

By checking your maintenance supplies when a Grade B is indicated, you will be able to perform maintenance quickly when it is actually required.

Please take advantage of the Health Check for proper maintenance.

  • "Yellow (Grade B)" : Check the inventory of iconsumable parts to plan for replacement according to a schedule.
  • "Red (Grade C)": Promptly perform necessary actions such as replacing consumable parts.
