Network error appears when using Wifi environment on Mac OS

When using a Mac OS computer, the Roland DG Connect Hub displays a network error because the network does not allow Wifi communication depending on the priority to the network.

 

Please follow the steps below to change the network priority.

  1. Open "System Settings" on your Mac.
  2. Open “Networks,” and click on the “...” mark to display “Set Order of Service”.
  3. Change the wi-fi communication setting to the higher level.
  4. Restart the Roland DG Connect Hub
