Device Settings
1.Device Nickname
You can assign a custom name to the displayed device. Setting a nickname makes it easier to identify the machine, especially when you have multiple devices.
2.Add Dealer
Previously, our service engineers used to visit customers' locations to inspect the condition and parameters of the devices. However, by registering with Roland DG Connect and completing the dealer registration, our service engineers can access information about your device and diagnose any errors before their visit.
With this feature, our service engineers can gain a deeper understanding of the error situation before the visit and also assess the lifespan of consumables. To provide you with excellent service, we highly encourage you to register your dealer.
How to add a dealer
To add a dealer, please enter the email address of the representative of the desired dealer and click "Add Dealer".
Roland DG Connect will reference the list of service engineers from Roland DG based on the provided email address and register/display the company name of the service engineer as the "Dealers".
