Roland DG Connect cannot be started due to “Entry point not found” error at startup.

Symptom: After installing Roland DG Connect Hub Version 3 or later on Windows 10 and launching the Hub, an “Entry point not found” error occurs and the Connect Hub fails to launch.

CAUSE: Your version of Windows 10 may be out of date.

In order to use the Roland DG Connect Hub Version 3, your Windows OS build version must be 1809 or later.

Please check the OS system information and update Windows.
