If the message below is displayed, the plan that manages subscription payments is inactive.
Please follow the steps below to activate the Basic plan or the Standard plan that manages the payment terms. After activating the Basic plan or the Standard plan, please purchase the subscription plan from the Roland DG Connect website. 

  

 

Steps to Reactivate Your Subscription

  1. Please open the “Subscriptions” page from “Settings”. 

2. From the "Manage" button of Basic plan or the Standard plan, click “Un Cancel”. This will activate the plan related to payments. If you need to change the payment method, such as credit card information, please do so from “Update payment method”.

3. Return to the Roland DG Connect site screen, refresh the browser, and then purchase the add-on from the Get Add-ons page.
