How can I simulate screenprinting technics within designer

Solution

Yes, within Designer you can use the Screen Pattern function to simulate screen printing.  The Screen Pattern feature is available when you have an subscription on Visual Communication Module and or Object Decoration Module.
 
How to apply :
  1. Place an asset on the designer's canvas
  2. Click the Screen Pattern icon in the functional toolbar on the right side
  3. Save your design
  4. The screen pattern window appears
    1. you have to possible way's in applying a screen pattern.
      1. Channels - Combined ==> apply screen pattern in it's general to the placed assets on the canvas, independent from colors
      2. Channel - Separated ==> apply screen pattern for each color layer individually
    2. Check White layer, if a white layer should be printed were color pixels are printed
    3. Basic Settings
      1. Select a Dot Shape
      2. Select an angle in which the dot's should be printed
      3. Select the Frequency or DPI
    4. Advanced Settings
      1. Adjust resolution
      2. Grid pattern
      3. Grid rotation
      4. Minimum Dot Size
      5. Maximum Dot Size
