Designer Jobs Do Not Appear in VersaWorks

If jobs sent from Designer do not appear in VersaWorks 7, please check the following:

1. Check the VersaWorks 7 Queue

Jobs sent from Designer are typically sent to the following queue:

Queue A

First, check whether the job appears in Queue A.

2. Check whether a filter is applied to the Job List

If a filter is applied to the job list, received jobs may not be displayed.

Please check whether any of the following filters are enabled:

 - Show Completed Jobs Only

 - Show Error Jobs Only

 - Printer-Specific Filter

If a filter is enabled, clear it and check again.

3. Make sure VersaWorks 7 is running before sending a job from Designer

To send jobs from Designer, the following applications must be running:

 - Roland DG Connect Hub

 - VersaWorks 7

Please make sure that both applications are running. When VersaWorks 7 starts, Roland DG Connect Hub will start automatically.

4. Update Roland DG Connect Hub and VersaWorks 7 to the latest version

The latest versions include new features, bug fixes, and performance improvements.

If you are using an older version, some features may not work correctly, and unexpected issues may occur due to compatibility with future service updates.

We recommend keeping both Roland DG Connect Hub and VersaWorks 7 up to date.

Please note that Roland DG Connect Hub is provided for use with the latest version only, and previous versions are not available. To ensure the best experience, update to the latest version whenever an update notification is displayed.

5. Restart Roland DG Connect Hub and VersaWorks 7

In some cases, the integration between Hub and VersaWorks 7 may not be updated correctly. Please restart the applications using the following steps:

   １．Close VersaWorks 7.

   ２．Exit Roland DG Connect Hub.

          Open the system tray on the taskbar, right-click the Roland DG Connect Hub icon, and select Exit.

３．Start VersaWorks 7.

４．Roland DG Connect Hub will start automatically when VersaWorks 7 launches. Confirm that the Hub icon appears in the system tray.

５．After completing the above steps, send the job again from Roland DG Connect Designer.
