Start and end points do not match on long cuts
If excessive load is applied during sheet transport, the sheet will shift and cause a difference in cut dimensions.
1) Check the condition of the roll sheet.
If the roll sheet is taut, the start and end points may get misaligned when the sheet is fed. Please make the necessary amount of slack in advance or cut the roll to make it into a sheet.
2) Check the cutting pressure
Excessive cutting pressure will cause the cutter holder to press down on the sheet, resulting in misalignment. If the cutter pressure must be increased to 200[gf] or more to cut, the cutter blade is worn out and should be replaced.
