Microsoft Defender Firewall setting
If machine data is not displayed in Roland DG Connect, data may not have been uploaded to cloud data base, or Roland DG Connect Hub may have not acquired the machine data.
Please check the following.

- Change firewall settings.
1) Open [Start] > [Windows System] > [Control panel].
2) Open [Control panel] > [System and Security] > [Windows Defender Firewall].
3) Click [Allow an app or feature through Windows Defender Firewall].
4) Click [Change settings].
5) Please check [RDGConnectHub] security setting.
- If you have not checked "Private" and "Public" settings, please check.
6) And sometmes there are two "RDGConnectHub" items present. If there are two "RDGConnectHub" items, check flag both items and check flag both Private and Public items.
If your PC have not checking Private and Public setting, please check and test.
