What is Roland DG Connect?
Roland DG Connect allows you to check the operational status, errors, alerts, print history, statistics, and cost analysis of printers from remote locations at any time. Through the Roland DG Connect Hub installed on the PC connected to the printer, this information is stored in a cloud environment.
Remember to always activate the Roland DG Connect Hub when operating the printer.
How to use Roland DG Connect Hub
If the printer data is not displayed, there could be a possibility that the printer data has not been uploaded to the cloud database or the Roland DG Connect Hub is unable to retrieve the data.
