Media Inventory Management

 

If you pull out the media without performing paper feeding from the panel or by printing, the Media Inventory Management feature will not be able to recognize the media usage.

In such cases, please follow the steps below to correct the media remaining length.

* Media Inventory Management supported models: VG3-640/540, SG3-540/300　(Firmware version 2.4 or later), XP-640, XG-640

* Media Inventory Management supported media: Transparent media and other media for which the sensor cannot read the remaining media ID mark are not supported.

 

1. After setting up the media, tap the part of the media remaining length on the home screen of the panel.

 

2. On the Remaining Media Management screen, make adjustments to the remaining length of the media and tap "Save".
