How to reinstall the Roland DG Connect Hub (Delete the configuration file)

If you are experiencing problems with the Roland DG Connect Hub and need to reinstall it, please follow the instructions below.

 

1. Uninstall the Roland DG Connect Hub from the application of Windows Control Panel.

 

2. Delete the following two files

 

> Delet "Roland DG Connect" folder from C:\Users\ (User nane )\AppData\Local.

> Delet "Roland DG Connect" folder from C:\Program Files

 

3. Download and install the latest version of Roland DG Connect Hub from the Download Center.

If the device data is not displayed in Roland DG Connect, please check the security settings.
