Roland DG Connect supported features for Type 4 model

 

The following models have limitations on some of the Roland DG Connect features. Please refer to the following table for the limitations and availabilities.

In order to properly use the features of Roland DG Connect, you must have the latest version of the following items.

The Roland DG Connect Hub must also be installed on the same PC as VersaWorks.

  • Roland DG Connect Hub
  • VersaWorks
  • The firmware of the printer you are using

 

Type 4 Models: BN-20/20A, BN-20D, LEC2-300, LEC-540/330, LEF-12i, LEF2-300/200, LEF2-300D, LEF2-300M, LEF2-300UV/200UV, LEF-300/200, RF-640/640A, SF-200, SP-540i/300i, VS-640i/540i/300i, XR-640

*1 : The ink consumption is updated every 3 hours.

*2 : The ink level will only be displayed when both Roland DG Connect Hub and the printer are in online status. Additionally, the ink levels will be updated every 3 hours.

*3 :  Error notifications, alert notifications, and print completion time notifications will not be sent to your PC or mobile deviceds

*4 : The warranty status may not be displayed depending on your region.

*5 :  The print completion time prediction, health check, and thumbnail display are not available. The status display during service calls cannot be shown. This feature is only available when the printer is connected to Roland VersaWorks via a network connection.

*6 :  Media usage for each preset of the main unit cannot be displayed. It will be displayed as one media usage for all presets.

*7 : There may be cases where print records cannot be reflected due to printing cancellations or other factors.
