The following models have limitations on some of the Roland DG Connect features. Please refer to the following table for the limitations and availabilities.
In order to properly use the features of Roland DG Connect, you must have the latest version of the following items.
The Roland DG Connect Hub must also be installed on the same PC as VersaWorks.

*4 : The print completion time prediction, health check, and thumbnail display are not available. The status display during service calls cannot be shown. This feature is only available when the printer is connected to Roland VersaWorks via a network connection.
